Jog your memory.
Search by who was there, roughly when, or what it was about.
You hardly ever remember the exact words. You remember roughly what it was about, roughly when, and who was there.
So search has to cover everything you’ve kept, including the full text of every note, the summaries, the transcripts and the names of the people in the room. A half-remembered idea should still find a note that words it differently, so “customer split” turns up the page that says “enquirer breakdown”.
You can make it easier while you write. Name the people and the project in the note, because that’s what you’ll remember first.
If you can ask your notes a question in plain words, the answer should show which notes it came from, so you can check. The better linked and sourced your notes are, the better the answers.
